The Pulmonary Wellness™ & Rehabilitation Center was established in 1998 in order to provide the most comprehensive wellness and rehabilitation programs for people living with pulmonary disease. Since that time, the Center has conducted over 60,000 exercise sessions, more than any other program of its kind.
The Center's mission is to empower patients to achieve the highest quality of life by learning how to lessen and reverse the effects of their disease and to effectively manage their associated symptoms.

Hi i have question for you. 1 Is pulmonary hypertension lung disease or heart disease? 2 why does pulmonary hypertension cause heart failure? 3 is it single or double lung transplant they get for pulmonary hypertension?

4 months post covid, my systems started with severe shortness of breath. After many visits to emergency and seeing many specialists here in Australia only to be told it’s ANXIETY. My blood pressure is high & spikes really high & have been put in to hospital only to be sent home after 2 days & nothing has been done, again told it’s ANXIETY The gaslighting is ridiculous. I had to go to extreme lengths on FB groups & you tube etc and found one Doctor that listened & is treating me as best she can. Her diagnosis is MCAS & Hyperdranic pots. I was under a cardiologist for clots from the vax & he just laughed at me. My neurologist that I see for migraines & recent T Neuralgia, said nothing he can do to help. I finally got an appointment at a clinic here in Adelaide SA who is the only cardiologist dealing with this. I am seeing him in August 2024. Till then I just wait.

Can it viral infection ,is it to associated with chronic cough for 3weeks with anxiety or sars virus corelation?
But dr what about people with good o2saturation level,and still finding hard to breath ,iwas hoping for the solution in video,, could the cause be somethimg obstructing trachea or lymph nodes inflamation or tumour . Need your speedy solution to this question please.

I am dead to ever question you asked . I just turned 61 found out I had COPD that's the day I died. I've done nothing since 2012 . I wasted so many year's I was paralyzed totally mentally , physically emotionally spiritually and alone my choice . October 9th was my 61first birthday I am still here wanting to now live until I die and here's where I ended up on your video door step ready to take my life back . Quick story last week I was looking for a lung rehab program I found you and what you were talking about hit me like a ton of bricks and woke me up almost like a good kick in the butt . So I believe l was supernaturally led to your videos , I know it sounds weird it's true what ever you said hit me back into consciousness . Thanks for your video. I am a idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF) patient since 2019 and I am on supplemental oxygen since last 18 months . Though my resting oxygen saturation is 96% but it drops oxygen levels drastically during exertion and exercise. That's why Doctor advised me for 24 hours on supplemental oxygen as it it has been helping me. Currently I am doing my all jobs including my professional jobs.
Gosh, Mr Greenspan, could someone please put the bootcamp exercise videos on UA-cam in the correct order? I am finally motivated to follow and do them. And am finding it impossible. They are not in any order that I can use or understand. Thank you so very much
Thank you for me I feed the birds every morning. I would love to sing again. I use to sing at piano bars all the time. I love the journal idea. I do have a zillion bird pictures that I have taken for years. I do write a list everyday and if I can get those things done makes me feel good. You are my positive inspiration this morning have a great day.

Surprised I had a sort of full body tremor at a point of deep relaxation. Then I suddenly realized I was very thirsty.
Returning to this as I return to boot camp. This breathing technique is sooooo relaxing.
